These are vertical double step combos, working from between
the benches ("the trench"). Home(H) is on the left and Away(A)
is on the right. :)

### 1.

- Right lead turnstep x2 (H) (A) (8)
- Right lead double knee repeat (A) (6)
- Left lead corner curls x2 (H) (8)
- Left lead over (H) (4)
- 1 Jack (2)
- Right lead over (H) (4)

Repeat left lead (H)

### 2.

- Right lead turnstep (A) (4)
- Left lead repeater curls (A) (8)
- Left lead over diagonal (A) (4)
- Right lead hopturn (A) (4)
- Left lead hopturn (H) (4)
- Left lead kick x1 (H) (4)
- Walk around (H) to the middle

Repeat left lead (H)

### 3.

- Right lead march on floor between the benches (8)
- Right lead V-step on the floor x2 (8)
- Right lead ankle touch repeaters (or whatever you call
them!) (A) (8)
- Left lead revolving door (H) (go over with left lead, spin,
come back on a left lead, spin to repeat pattern with the
marches on a left lead) (8)

- Right lead turnstep x2 (A) (H) (8)
- Right lead kick/lunge right leg over the bench/kick (A) (8)
- Left lead over x2 (H) (8)
- Right lead curl (A) (4)
