Self-reversing
To increase intensity:
Replace 2 hamstring curls with K-step
Replace walk around with helicopter (step hop turn)
Replace 2 knees with knee repeater
Dismiss 2 knees - keep K-step - add 3 chugs - keep 2 kicks
with walk away.
Here's a new one also I like to call Combo. to replace the 2 kicks: it's like a repeater: 1 knee + 1 outer thigh + 1 kick; this flows well with the walk away! Please, feel free to contact me via email. Have fun!!
