Start slow at single beat so everyone gets the moves. Right leg back in traditonal fighting stance, left jab, right cross, left hook, right uppercut (kia), back (right) leg front kick landing with leg in front, then same with left leg moving forward, right leg again, and left leg again to complete 4 count, shuffling backwards with 3 left hand backfist strikes and right cross (kia) to complete 4 count. Once everyone has the moves step it up to double beat.
Generally I break it down into 3 parts. 1st the jab, cross, hook, then the 4 back leg front kicks alternating legs while moving forward, than the rolling backfist strikes with with the cross, theses can be executed in both directions. Adding the karate kia on every 4th technique makes it fun and drives up the energy
