Saturday Morning Body Wake Up

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 12452)

This is a great class to do for a full body workout that doesn't require any hopping around early in the morning!

Warm Up

First Section - Waist

Bring arms out at sides - press out keeping hips straight - add a little hand twist (opening doors) - slowly move arms downward reaching side to side - bring up and slowly reach upward (all 2 sets of 8)

Section Two - Arms

Add more if you want

Section Three - Legs

Floor Work

Add your favorite buns exercises then move on to abs and a cool down

Class should take about an hour

This class works for all levels - intensity can be added by using weights with the lunges and squats. The class has really enjoyed doing this workout. Hope you do too!
