Advanced kickboxing routine

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 12456)

Start with left shoulder toward mirror

Repeat on other side

My class loves this, I work at 140 bpm, although a bit slower can work. Get out of the 32 count mind set with kickboxing and move, punch more and make it fun for your students..they want to move and work.
