Funky, Sexy, FUN Hi/Lo

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 12470)

I went to a fitness convention a few weeks ago & got some GREAT ideas! I would consider this routine intermediate - not so tricky that the average participant would be lost. It easily filled 45 minutes of cardio for me. All combos self-reverse, right lead, 32 counts except where stated. These are some really fun moves- we had a blast! Warning, at the end of this combo, we ended up to the West side of the studio (from marching west), but had to grapevine left (west) again - just go with it!


*Double knee crossover, knee kick

Fun with arms straight out to your sides- like a big kick line.

**Grape fly
Regular grapevine right - except instead of tapping the left foot on the floor on count 4, put the left foot in the air & arabesque - like a flying leap. Can also hop on the right foot with left foot in air. Facing slightly Northeast.
