This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12474)

Can start in orthodox or southpaw stance.
Hand guard up

Should now be in original stance (apart from being sideways on and one leg in the air. But you get the jist of it????) moves still going forward.

The purpose of naming contact points is to enable self and class to visualise and channel, not teaching class participants to become jet li/ bruce lee/ chuck norris and should not be used as/for such purposes. Sorry about lecture at 16, but an 'advanced' instructor came to my class and used the moves in her own. Apparently, didn't bother to run through the turn slowtime with the class and ensure correct technique.... BINGO sued so TEACH it but from what I have seen, most of you do.
