dyna-butt!

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12228)

Its time for a great butt so in my bikinishape class I tried this:

You will need a dynaband.

Lay on your back on the mat. Feet on the floor, legs bent (like you are going to do crunches). Keep your head and shoulders on the floor!

Take the dynaband and lay the band over your lower-belly and hips. Take the ends of the band in your hand and place the hands on the floor. Keep them there! the band should be tight now. then..........

Take your hips up and down, squeeze that butt!

Do this 2 or 3 times that should do it!

When I did this..............wow the day after, pain in the butt! It also works the hamstrings.
