Can you feel it?

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 12229)

Hi guys.

I teach this routine in my legs, bums and tums class after the warm up and before the floorwork. They both love it and hate it at the same time!!

First I'll describe the 4 combos and then tell you how I put them together. If you teach it at approx 126 bpm it should take about 15 minutes.

Okay so there are your 4 combos. I repeat each combo 4 times while they are learning it, then reduce it to 2 times so the finished product looks like this:
