Hi I Interval: Low Budget Football Team!

Hi I like to use short anaerobic intervals in my bootcamp-style kickboxing class. Here's one I call the "Low Budget Football Team":

Football shuffle in place (fast feet, running through tires are some other names for this); make sure you hold your imaginary football tightly under one arm, and "block" (arm extended out front, palm out) with the other arm. Go 8, 16, or 32 counts, depending on how you feel.

TOUCHDOWN!!!!
You scored! Unfortunately you didn't have the cash to hire cheerleaders, so you have to do it yourself: Do air jacks, pom-pom jumps (yea team!) etc, like a complete fool, to make up the rest of the phrase. Or until you're out of breath.

This gets everybody laughing, and also wondering who has the harder job, the players or the cheerleaders!
