- V-step side-stir - 4
- V-step back-stir - 4
- Grapevine L-swim - 8
- V-step side-stir - 4
- V-step front-stir - 4
- Lunge front x4-overhead - 16
- Hamstring single, single, double x2-swoosh - 16
- Walk 1,2/half pivot-press front-overhead - 4
- Kick travel x4 back-overhead to toe - 8

Walking grapevine - Like a regular right lead grapevine but
don't tap with left foot on count 4, step in front with left
foot, out with right, and double left knee.
