Ding, Ding, Round 1

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12252)

Using focus pads, holder facing puncher right foot forward, mitt in right hand, puncher with left shoulder towards the holder.



Then switch sides, switch holders and punchers, I break it down slow, then speed it up to tempo. Make sure their punches are correct alignment and they aren't bending their wrists. They love this one, hope you understand this!!!!!
