This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12253)

Right foot forward, 8 jabs (right), then 4 front kicks (right). Do this 4 times. The change the front kick to a sliding-step-kick. It will be 8 jabs(right), then 2 sliding step kicks. Do this 3 times, then on the fourth set do 8 jabs and 18 sliding step kicks! This really gets the heart rate up! Of course, repeat on the left. Have fun!
