Combo Drills/Crunch/Mega arms

This is an Aquatic pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12261)

This routine can be done in the deep or shallow end, some moves are more suited to shallow end, and all explanations are for the shallow end. My participants love it, and you can modify it to suit all participant levels. My warm ups usually consist of practising moves that are found in the routine, and stretching.

This is only the first part of my routine, but I can make this run for 30 minutes or more, depending on how many variations of the moves I want to include, you can build on it or break it down even smaller, depending on the level of your participants.
