Ganey's Glutes

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12264)

I don't think I have added this one yet....and I don't think I got it off of here....if I did it is worth repeating....

Have class stand step up vertically right in front of them so they can use it for balance.

They will have 3 levels...Level I knees slightly bent, Level 2 knees bent into 1/2 squat position, Level 3 full squat position.

Step feet out wide, and go up on your toes, tuck hips under and you are ready.

I have to keep cueing them to use glutes only..and to keep their hips tucked...and glutes only..no cheating.....

Keep going level 1,2,3,2,1,2,3,2, just take off 2 presses each time so on the second set you'll do 14 then 12...so on and so on...

Believe me they will think of you the next day...you will be the 'pain in their butt' hee hee! My class loves to hate this one!
