Cardio-Ball Challenge

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 12265)

This workout includes very basic cardio footwork while using the stability ball in your hands. My group loved this workout for something different. Footwork will be listed first with the arm movements with ball in parenthesis. Enjoy!!

March in place to recover (spin ball in hands out in front of you)

Instruct one segment at a time first then put it all together and repeat entire workout once you get it down

Your class will be begging to put that ball down again!!
