4-part kickin' combo

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12270)

In ready position, right leg leads:

Repeat as many times as desired, then switch to left leg leads.

This combo is great and can really take time to build up to it by breaking everything down (start jab/cross/jab only, then add knees, for next part start with 4 front knees, then 4 crosses from the back, etc.) to lengthen the program. It's a great one - drill work yet more interesting but not as complex as choreography. Enjoy!
