Intermidate Hi-Low Routine

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 12274)

Combination 1.

**Grapevine is to the diagonal direction. The formation is like this and then back to the same direction.


Repeat other side.

Combination 2

**The out out in in formation is like this.


Repeat other side.

Combination 3

For variation, you can do 4 directions. North, East, South, West. Here is how I teach my class. After them know how to do the whole 3 combinations. I would do first combination, when you do the second combination, the out out in in one. You turn face to the East then lunges. When you do the out out in in that one you turn face to the North. Then you repeat the first combination on left side. The same thing when you do the second combination out out in in you turn face to West. After that, when you do the out out in in you turn face to NORTH. Here is the fun part. After that you do the walk and knees twice to the front, then turn face to the EAST. Do twice for the walking and knees. Then, you start the whole 3 combinations again from EAST, then SOUTH, WEST, and NORTH.
