Cardio Kickin' It

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 12278)

These combinations should be broken down separately, run several times, and then put together for a great cardio combo. Following is how my class was presented it today (they all caught on immediately):

When you put the combos together, you can go right from the last 2 jacks to the front kicks moving forward. My class seemed to get a kick out of it (no pun intended). Thanks for all the great ideas! I hope someone will let me know what's thought of mine (it's my first submission). Thanks
