Corner Boxing

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12301)

This is a kickbox drill in 4 parts. For the first 3 parts you are angled toward a corner (right first).

Part 1:

(jab-jab-cross-set - 4 counts total)

Part 2:

(kick-cross - 4 counts)

Part 3:

(jump-jump-cross-set - 4 counts)

Part 4:

  • Jumping jacks
  • Repeat everything to the left corner.

I start by doing each part 8 times (16 jumping jacks in Part 4).
Then I do each part 4 times (8 jumping jacks).
Then 2 times each (4 jumping jacks).
Then 1 time each (2 jumping jacks).

It's a lot of fun, especially the jump-jump-cross! Let me know if you use and enjoy this or if you have any questions...thanks.
