Simple but gets the heart pumpin'

This is a Ball pattern from (pattern 12303)

This is a standing routine. I start with the first 16 count and "add-on" each section individually. Every time I add another 16 count section, I will start over from the top until I build the entire routine. Hint: use the small stability balls to prevent your students from smacking themselves in the face :)

"Follow-the-leader" run as fast as you can around the room/gym dribbling the stability ball like a basket ball. The students follow the instructor. Use your right hand 1/2 the way and then switch to the left hand (excellent challenge). Everyone returns to their original position and you start all over from the top. Don't worry about the count for this last works out fine...and I guarantee heart rates will be up there.
