This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 12313)

Hey guys, it's been awhile since I've posted, so I'm back!!! :)

*Go into a plie, touch 1 hand to ground if possible, if not support back by resting hands on thigh, other hand behind back, raise heels (so your on your toes) -do it quickly alternating arm positions in accordance to the raising of the heels -Abs must be tight
