Here is another really easy warmup. It is self-reversing and tapless.
Right foot leading 32 counts
Go straight into the next combo with the left foot
Left foot leading 32 counts
Repeat from combo 1 starting with left foot.
* the sipko walk is just a slow motion step forward with left (2 counts) and then with right (2 counts) and then you straddle. The straddle is just a wide march but deeper, starting with the left foot stepping out then right and the left foot back and right foot back. I hope it is not too confusing.
