Super Sculpted Delts

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 12308)

I came across this workout in some muscle magazine and it really works. The concept is to keep the deltoid contracted throughout the entire move. It is an alternating move; however, the "non-working" arm stays in a contracted state. Advise your students to use very, very light weights. At home I use 5 pounds weight and I can barely do 10 reps. Here goes

Lateral Raises

You can do the same move with front deltoid lifts and upright rows.

Overhead "military" presses:

I love working deltoids because, if you use light weights and do higher reps (or keep the muscle contracted throughout the move), you can really sculpt those muscles and get those sleek, defined, toned delts.
