Intermediate/ Advanced Vertical Step

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 12325)

Vertical step

Combo 1- 32 count

Combo 2- 32 count

Combo 3- 32 count

Repeat combo on left side

This is my first time supplying a step routine. Let me know if you have any questions. Most of the options are for those who have possible knee injuries, etc. Also, running curb-step is a nice option to increase your heart rate and challenge your members!

This is a fun step that seems to motivate my Power Step class. There's always hooting and hollering going on once the combos are put together. Have fun! :)
