This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 12328)

Combo 1:

Repeat on the left side facing the back of the room

Combo 2:

This makes a box
Alternate knees with hamstring curls, soccer kicks, side leg raises

Combo 3:

Repeat on the left side
