Push it on over

This is a Double Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12351)

Pattern 1

Steps are vertical and curb walk is started as a simple walk up and back next to step, then I do the transition to step up and step back, just like walking on a curb. Double knee over is just like a repeater but on third push it on over.

Pattern 2

Hope everyone can use this or add to your own. All patterns are self-reversing. I always add some kind of interval workout in between each step pattern. I mix up weights with some sprints or jacks.
