Easy Step for Saturdays

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12354)

Routine 1 (Squat around the world)

You should be back where you started!

Routine 2

Repeat on other leg lead

Routine 3

Repeat other leg lead

This can be made more interesting by splitting down some of the moves eg. in Routine 2, over the top and turn x1, knee to the back, L-step to the back, over the top and turn x1 and knee to the front.

The side walk is: facing the right side of the room, step up left leg, step up right leg behind, step back onto left leg and take the right leg down to the ground, then left. So 5 counts = 5 times your foot hits the floor/step, then turn and repeat facing the other way. Add some latin style twinkling hands - one near your head, one near your hip to make it look pretty.

Any questions or comments, feel free to email me. This is a pretty basic routine - more fun ones later.
