Heart racer!
This is an
Abs pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 12365)
Combo 1
Grapevine turn to the back on count 4 and add a V-step with
left leg and 4 taps to side with right leg and repeat again
ending up at start and then repeat to the left side.
Combo 2
- Pony forwards x 4
- 2 Heels to front turn a quarter to face right side wall
- 2 Heels travelforwards
- Grapevine L shape (ending up at start position)
- 2 Slow jacks
Repeat left
Combo 3
- 2 Scoop forward - right then left
- 2 Stomps (rocking horse)- right leg
- Chasse right -travel back
- Chasse left - travel back
- Reverse mambo
- Chasse forward
Repeat left
Combo 4
- Walk forwards for 4 mambo on end (8)
- Squat to the right then to the left (8)
- Hamstring back for 4 (8)
- Then slow slide to the right (like a big squat bring feet
together)
- 2 x Taps to side with left (8)
Repeat on left
Combo 5
- V-step (4)
- Mambo cha cha cha to back and then again to front (8)
- 6 Point mambo * (6)
- Quick half turn to face back (2)
- Walk forwards knee raise on 4 (4)
- Walk back (4)
- 2 Hamstring turning to front (4)
* Mambo to the front then to the back then to front and add
on your turn to back. Count out 6 count for the mambo and on
7 and 8 you turn to back
I usually break down alot to start then once they get the
gist of it I add arms and a bit of wellie!!!!
