Hip shakin' STEP

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12106)

Horizontal step patterns.
ALL 32 count and self-reversing.

Pattern 1:

Repeat left

Hippy Shake:
An 8 count move. 1-Up (right), 2-Up (left), 3,4-Swing hips to right and left, 5 Hop together, 6 Kick (right), 7,8 down (right and left). If you can't get it then make up you own 8 count piece like add 2 mambos instead of the Hippy Shake) Have fun with this!

Pattern 3:

Enjoy these simple but intense combinations! I always add cardio bursts of any kind! Be creative.
