Cool Kickbox combo

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 12107)

Standing in a split stance, right foot forward:

Jab (right) punch (left) Jab (right) front leg Knee strike (right)


Jab (right) punch(left) rear leg front kick (left)

Transition move to repeat on other side:

Travelling forward with lead leg (right) jab, jab then punch (left) on the spot, then jab, jab (both right) travelling backward and switch (turn to face the other direction and repeat on the other side). To restart the above combo don't switch, keep it there and start combo on that side.
