Linda's Hi/Low

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 12108)

This is a very basic routine and the first one that I have created. You can go around the room or stay in one place just moving forward. There are 9 basic steps, and then you can use add on moves for the "hi". It's a fun routine, after 4 times around I do an interval with weights.

Block 1

On the right all moves are in 4

Do this each time and you will go around the room.

Complete the exact same Block using a left foot start.

Block 2

On the left all moves are in 4
