Linda's Hi/Low 2

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 12109)

This is a very basic routine and the second one that I have created. You can go around the room or stay in one place just moving forward. There are the 13 basic steps, and then you can use add on moves for the "hi". It's a fun routine, after 4 times around I do an interval with weights, then return to the "routine".

Block 1

On the right all moves are in 4

Do this each time and you will go around the room.

Complete the exact same Block using a left foot start.

Block 2

On the left all moves are in 4
