Do you want to yoga 1?

This is a [Other] pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12111)

This yoga class format assumes that you know the basic yoga poses.

Mountain 1: Sunflower inhales (3 to 5) Mountain pose breathing, lateral extension, (then lean to one side), repeat other side Turn over right foot to Triangle pose, then to Pyramid pose, come up and center repeat over left foot. Come up and center, roll down in the center, twist left (right hand on ground)then right (left hand on ground)

Sun salutation 1:

Mountain to Back bend to Forward Flexion to Down Dog to Plank to Crocodile to Cobra (or Up Dog) to Down Dog to Forward Flexion to Monkey to Chair to Back bend to Mountain.

Sun salutation 2:

Mountain to Forward Flexion to Down Dog to Plank to Up Dog to Down Dog to Plank to Up Dog to Down Dog to raise right leg and swing through to Cresant, twist over bent knee (hands in prayer pose) to Down Dog to Forward Flexion to Mountain

Mountain 2:

Mountain to Back bend to Forward Flexion* to Chest Expansion to Down Dog to Plank (lower and raise/one leg options here) to side lying Plank (right and left) to Cobra to Up Dog to Down Dog to Forward Flexion.

For the next time through Mountain 2: at the * add on: cross feet and lower to seated to Boat to Bridge to Seated Butterfly to Seated Split to Seated Butterfly to Bridge to Boat to lift and cross legs roll forward and come up to Forward Flexion

This is not my entire class, I will add on later. You can get a lot of mileage from repeating the "flows".
