This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12112)

This is all floor
I have used this as a warm up, in an interval class and for an entire beginner class. We did it all to the front, then turned all around the room....

I say up,up,out wide... repeat moving back

You can make a quarter turn during the jacks and do this facing N,E,S,W just for a little variation.

**Grapevine with a tap - right lead (1-4) regular grapevine, (5) step out with your left foot (6) tap right toe beside left foot (7) step out with your right foot (8) tap left toe beside right foot. Repeat to the other side...you can turn and face outside wall for counts 5-7 then face front on count 8.

*Right and left toe taps- right lead (1) tap right toe out wide, (2) tap right toe behind and over to the left (3) same as 1, (4) together repeat left foot..it goes side, back, side, together...

* Curtsey lunges- Step foot behind and across..like a curtsey...keep your weight on the back leg.
