Butt Blaster

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12113)

Thank you all for the great ideas! I teach strength training (sculpting) class and love it. Here is my first contribution:

Kneeling butt blaster:

Make it tougher:
Because I use weights in my class we do them with a 5 pound weight behind the knee. You need to keep the knee bent so you don't drop the weight. Do enough of these with control and your class will feel it! HAVE FUN!
