Runner Start Legs

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 12116)

Start by getting your class down into a runners start postion. Cue them to now lift the gluts toward the ceiling. You will be pulsing the gluts toward the ceiling for 16 counts. I then have them bring the ankel of the back leg into the calf of the front leg, for 8 counts. I repeat this combination 3-4 times than switch lead legs.(i.e. if I start with the left leg forward, I than switch to the right leg forward.) Believe me, they will feel the burn of this one!! My class is moaning by the end of the combination.
