Rocky Abs

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 12118)

My class loves to feel tough. So I took some ab workouts from Rocky. For my ab routine I have them partner up. One partner (partner A) lies in normal crunch position (knees bent) while partner B sits on his knees on Partner A's feet. Partner B holds out both hands (with pads on) for Partner A to punch at. Partner A does a full sit up and as he comes up he punches Partner B's pads. I have them do about 30.
