Totally Toned Body Sculpting Class

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12126)

We have two sets of weights to begin with. One heavy, one light. We also use step benches with two risers.

Next sequence:

Next sequence

Repeat 1 through 3
Stretch those body parts.

Next Sequence

Next Sequence time permitting:

Repeat 1 and 2
Stretch.

Last but not least the abdominal work out.

****Each of these exercises must be modified for those with back problems****(I always cue basic crunch for those with back pain)

End up stretching the abdominals.
Bring everyone back down with breathing and stretches of your choice.
