Simple on the brain, tough on the body

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 12135)

Here is another of my top and tail routines. This is where you teach:

Combo 1, combo 2, combo 1
Combo 2, combo 3, combo 2
Combo 3, combo 4, combo 3
And then finish teaching from 1 through to 6

I like to throw these kind of routines in after a few weeks of more complicated choreography so that the class can rest their brains but still get a great workout.

None of the combos are self-reversing, but they all work the right and left side equally. Alternatively, you could change the last combo so that it finishes with a jack (or something similar) and then repeat the whole thing with a left lead.
