- (1-8) Slow squat and 2 quicker squats travelling to the
right
- (9-16) Repeat back to the left
- (17-24) Single, single, double hamstring curl
- (25-32) Heels on the step x4
- (1-16) Step up, tap foot out to side and exit x4
- (17-20) Basic step
- (21-24) Knee lift
- (25-28) Basic step
- (29-32) Knee lift
