Tam's Pattern

This is a Cycling pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12140)

You'll have to forgive me if this pattern already exists somewhere on this FABULOUS website, because I haven't had a chance to read all of the posted contributions yet.

When my class is doing jumps and seem to be simply breezing through the workout I add hovers to the jumps like this: Up-Down-Up-Hover-Up-Down-Up-Hover-Up-Down, etc.

If this still isn't enough for them, then I start up with this: Up-Down-Up-Hover-Up-Hover-Up-Hover-Up-Hover-Up-Down, repeat.

If the class is feeling particularly motivated, I then throw some push-ups into the mix, like this: Up-Down-Up-Pushups(4X)-Up-Down-Up-Pushups(6X)-Up-Down-Up-Pushups(8X) and so on.

I'm new to teaching cycling and I absolutely love it! Thanks for all the pattern suggestions.
