Smorgasbord Body Sculpting

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 12142)

I had a brain freeze a couple of Saturdays ago so I decided we would do one set of everything, no lack of boredom, everyone seemed to have enjoyed it.

Lower Body

Ready to hit the floor:
Lie on side, leg weights on, straight leg 8 single count, 8 2 count up, 2 count down, hold for 8 and pulse for 8, set on each leg.

Upper Body

I got a great routine from, 3 sets of each shown, continuous motion, but will need a break between sets:

Light weight, 3 to 5 pounds, all moves are single count, 8 each

You are on your own for abs, and a nice stretch, takes an hour, have a great Fall, Charlee
