Jab,kick and squat
This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 12150)
Start out with a right foot lead:
A wuick right Jab-jab, left cross, right kick, and squat it
out, side to side crunches or you can do bob and weave for
last 3 counts....
Repeat again and do a quick "switch" to a left food lead..
