Movin' & shakin'

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 12161)

I usually start with a right or left lead, teach the combo and then do a drill until we go to the other side

It makes a nice 32 count total. I work into it in steps and break it up to teach. The hook-duck-duck is a lot of fun and works nicely to raise the heart rate. The timing feels weird at first, but give it a try its a lot of fun! :o)
