Partly Tapless - Completely FUN!!!

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 12163)

The bench is horizontal and all patterns are self-reversing. With the exception of one - they are all 32 counts. The other is 48 counts so it catches up when both the right and left sides are completed!!! I hope you enjoy - my class LOVED it last night and they were plenty sweaty...

Explanations -- UUGHHH!!!

*Twisty L-step - Knee up and off to the west side of bench (1,2). With right foot on west end of bench and left foot on floor, volley your weight from foot to foot while twisting your hips the opposite way - left, right, left (3,4 & 5). Knee up again and exit left, right on south side of bench (6,7 & 8)

**Football run - facing the side with foot closest to the bench on the bench and the other on the floor run for counts 1,2,3&4 (foot on the bench starts with count one) - on count 5 cross over the bench

***Reverse indecision - Reverse turn into a straddle, then go back on top of the bench and exit on the same side - opposite foot will now be leading.

****V-shuffle and a knee - regular V-step up (1,2), shuffle off the side (right side - assuming that you started with a right foot lead 3,4), on count 5 you step left foot back onto bench, count 6 is a knee in the air starting to pivot back home, counts 7, 8 are right and left foot exiting at home - although you'll now be on the opposite lead foot.
