Rump Roller

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 12170)

This is a good one for the abs in the water, and since I have introduced it has become one of my and my class favorites!!!!

Using a noodle or kick boards for bouyancy to isolate the abs, move class into the deep end (or at a comfortable level for them to do the exercise)

Bend knees into a crunch position, lean backwards. Move knees that are bent side to side while crunched, the amount you crunch your knees will isolate different parts of your ab region!!!! Play with it and have fun
