Kick butt combo

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 12171)

Start in a fighting stance with your right foot forward: I like to break it down first:

Then I put those moves together:

Right arm jab, left arm cross, right knee and left side kick, right jab moving forward for 4 and shuffle back for 4.

Switch and do the left side
