Funky warmup #1

This is a Warmup pattern from (pattern 12178)

Start with right leg


Redo the same combination with left leg, squats going left

Cut in half, right/left

Introduce arms

Dynamic stretch


Repeat with left leg

Increasing the pace (jumping)

Switch feet

Then go forward with the kicks, turn 90 degree on the jumping jack. Go all around (360). You should be warmed-up after that...
