This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 12185)

Repeat twice

To right: do shuffle/jack then 2 right V-steps. Shuffle to left/jack 2 left V-steps (repeat twice). On right side, after V-steps, add right front kick, left rear kick. Go left, after left V-step add left front kick, right rear kick
(repeat twice)

Last add-on
After kicks do a squat and cross to the outside. So if you are to the right side it would be a left hand cross to the right side and vice versa. Each side should consist of the following:
